Please take a moment to review our polices and tips to help you have a successful shoot.

  • How should I prepare for my shoot?
    To help ensure a shoot that creates the best marketing materials please have your property photo ready at the start of your shoot. This ensures we can focus on creating the finest images possible. We will gladly assist with our opinion on whether lights should be on and other details that will improve the shoot but we do not budget time to help clean or move large items. Please have these types of things done before your shoot.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We request you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We typically allow for one reschedule per job, excessive rescheduling may incur a fee.

  • It’s cloudy on my shoot day - what do I do!?
    We add a blue sky to almost every image and most properties turn out beautifully even when the skies might be grey. Rain can be a little more challenging and we recommend keeping an eye on the forecast and letting us know in advance if you need to reschedule.

  • When will my photos/video/etc be ready?
    Photos will be ready the following business day in the morning.
    Twilight photos are ready by noon the following business day.
    Video products are typically a 48hr turn around
    Floor plans are ready the following business day

  • Can I give the images to my stager, contractor, etc?
    We want you to use the images we create to market your listing in any way you need but we do not allow distribution to third parties without a licensing agreement. Please have any vendors interested in using the images contact us directly. You are always welcome to share the images with your clients for non-commercial use.

  • Edits - AKA Photoshop Requests
    We gladly include up to 5 minor edits with each photo shoot. Additional or advanced edits are charged accordingly. Please see our pricing page for details.
    Please not that AB 723 requires that the unedited version of any digitally altered image to be displayed

  • I need a service that’s not listed, can you help?
    We are happy to help here! While not every need can be listed on our site we gladly do custom requests. Just ask!
